Dual Fomer can form sheets with 2-way method.
It can be chosen: Preesure / Vacuum / and the both depends on raw materials and on the condition how to manufacture.
When we form by the both (Pressure and Vacuum) , the sheet can fit tightly to the model, and the margin line will be clear.
High Pressure can achieve to be more bulky.
For getting tight fit, the sheet must be heated much, however at the same time, the sheet will be thinner according to the temparature and the heating time.
Dual Former can form sheets at low temparature, but the fitting will be tight by strong pressure and vacuum power, and the sheet can be bulky.
