Q: What is an Affordable Aligner?
A: GIKO Aligner New system uses soft sheets made in Japan. Each tray can move teeth a longer distance, requiring fewer trays and a shorter treatment period. As a result, we can provide aligners at a lower overall cost.
Q: Why is the aligner less painful?
A: The middle layer of the 3 Layer Sheet is made from TPU with softness similar to rubber bands, which significantly reduces patient discomfort.
Q: What is a Fast-Moving Aligner?
A: Instead of forcing teeth with a hard sheet at once, the soft sheet gradually moves the teeth. Since it causes less pain, each tray can move teeth a longer distance, and rotations progress faster compared to harder sheets.
Q: What are the advantages of the 3 Layer Sheet?
A: The outer layer of 0.5 mm PETG holds teeth firmly, the middle TPU layer provides softness like a rubber band, and the inner layer ensures comfort. Layers are bonded using a special technique (not thermal melting), making boundaries very thin (about 0.01 mm) and allowing each layer to function effectively.

A: The treatment plan is created in Japan, while manufacturing is done in Bangkok. From order to delivery, including treatment plan verification, the process takes about one week.
